What have we achieved out of the modern world............my answer is everything except good health......obesity and diabetes have become the global pandemic. Can you eat healthy? Can you eat the right kind of foods? Can you eat and enjoy the foods that will sustain a healthy life? Can you eat to improve your chances for a long and healthy life? Of course you can. You can do all of these things. Eat a variety of foods. Maintain desirable weight. Avoid too much fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol. Eat foods with adequate starch and fiber. Avoid too much sugar. Avoid too much sodium. If you drink alcoholic beverages, do so in moderation.
